First things first, We want to make sure you’re getting the most effective and efficient workout for your time. please fill out these forms!

Equipment

So you’ve made it this far, now what? In order to make the most out of this program there are a few items I highly recommend you invest in for your home gym/workouts.

  • A yoga mat

  • Light dumbell weights (5 lbs or under)

  • Medium dumbell weights (8 - 10 lbs)

  • Heavy dumbell weights (10 - 20 lbs)

  • Resistance bands

  • A foam roller

  • *Yoga or medicine ball (nice to have)

  • *Kettlebell (nice to have)
