hi. I’m Callie.

As a registered dietitian nutritionist and personal trainer, I believe that proper self care is an active process that lays the foundation of health and wellbeing - it's not all mani’s and bubble baths. Diet is personal and there is no one size fits all approach. Together, we take a holistic approach to wellness by addressing four main pillars of wellbeing, including sleep, stress, physical activity, and diet. Through guided nutrition and fitness coaching, I help my clients embrace the science of self care by rejecting diet culture and taking a empowered approach to their nutrition.

So much of the health industry focuses on extremes, when it should really be about finding balance. My approach to nutrition and food is about honoring that balance by focusing on what will nourish, invigorate, and restore your mind body connection - in other words, self care.

    I offer a free 15 minute intro call to each prospective client to talk pain points, logistics and how I can help you instill better nutrition and lifestyle practices for your wellness.

  2. Deep Dive INitial Session

    We’ll meet for an in depth assessment to get to know you and your life better. We’ll talk about your health history, current wellness practices, and food relationships. From there, we’ll come up with a plan to help you meet your goals in a way that fits your life.

  3. Continuing Guidance

    The science of self care is about practices that foster health and wellbeing. It’s an active state that happens over time. I’m here to guide and support you along the way with regular meet ups every other week and emails in-between.
