What to Expect

Most wellness programs fail because they are overwhelming. We don’t believe in "throwing spaghetti at the wall." This 12-week journey is meticulously mapped to follow the logic of your biology. We start by stabilizing your foundation—blood sugar and nervous system—before moving into the complexities of fat loss and hormonal shifts. Every session builds on the last, ensuring you have the tools to implement change without the burnout.

Perimenopause can feel incredibly isolating; there is power in numbers. You aren't just a face on a Zoom screen; you are part of a high-level cohort. Limited to just 8 women, this program thrives on shared wisdom. In our sessions and our dedicated WhatsApp group, you’ll find that your "weird" symptoms are normal and your wins are celebrated. We move together, learn together, and hold the line for one another when motivation dips.

Led by Callie and Stacey (along with special guest appearances) this program bridges the gap between clinical nutrition, functional fitness, and nervous system regulation. We don't just provide information; we facilitate transformation. We help you filter out the "noise" of wellness culture and fads (like fasted cardio or keto) to focus on the tangible, simple, science-backed strategies that actually work for the female body in transition.

Psychological safety is required for physical change. True health requires a space where you can be honest about the struggle. Whether it’s discussing pelvic floor health, body image shifts, or the impact of "people pleasing" on your cortisol levels, we provide a judgment-free zone. This is a place to put yourself back on your own priority list, supported by mentors and peers who truly "get it."

Integration is where the results happen. The work doesn’t end when the we leave the space. We provide a robust library of over 100 workouts and downloadable resources to keep you consistent between sessions. Beyond the 12 weeks, we prioritize long-term protocol implementation. Through our Voxer/WhatsApp moderation and the option for 1:1 upgrades, we ensure you have a clear path forward, long after the final session concludes.

Sessions 1-2: Blood sugar balance, metabolism 101, and prioritizing your nutrition and wellbeing in your life.

Session 3: Cutting through the wellness culture noise. We talk macros, cortisol, and why your workout needs to change.

Session 4: How perfectionism and "hustle culture" worsen your symptoms. Includes sleep hygiene and the gut-brain connection.

Session 5: Bone health, pelvic floor support, and setting boundaries for self-preservation.

Callie Exas, MPH, MS, RDN, is a registered dietitian and fitness expert who specializes in helping women navigate "hormonal mayhem" with an evidence-based, no-BS approach. With a background in public health and clinical nutrition, she moves beyond restrictive diet culture to focus on metabolic health, strength training, and nervous system regulation. Callie is dedicated to helping women reclaim their autonomy and mind body connection.
