My signature program - The Science of Selfcare was born out of my own experience with burnout combined with my expert knowledge of nutrition, movement, and women’s hormone health. This one of a kind program has been specifically curated to educate you on everything you need to know about optimizing and streamlining your nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep, and mindfulness practices to heal your burnout and rebuild your mind body connection for optimal hormonal function, energy, resilience and body confidence for the rest of your life.
