So you’ve made it this far, now what? In order to make the most out of this program there are a few items I highly recommend you invest in for your home gym/workouts.
A yoga mat
Light dumbell weights (5 lbs or under)
Medium dumbell weights (8 - 10 lbs)
Heavy dumbell weights (10 - 20 lbs)
Resistance bands
A foam roller
*Yoga or medicine ball (nice to have)
*Kettlebell (nice to have)
